Pricing & Plans

Is it free to use MeetBlink?

Yes. MeetBlink offers a free tier at no cost.

Do I need a credit card to get started?

No. You can start on the Free plan without entering a credit card.

How does the 30-day promotional credit window work?

New accounts begin on the Free plan with a complimentary Plus tier (30,000 credits) for the first 30 days. After that window ends, your account stays on Free and resets to the standard 10,000 monthly credits. You can always check the latest plan details on our pricing page.

What happens if I run out of credits during a live session?

If your credits reach zero during a live session, MeetBlink features will stop immediately. You can upgrade and start a new session, or wait for your credits to reset on your next reset date.

Getting Started

How do I create an account?

MeetBlink uses Google sign-in for account access.

  • Go to the sign-in page and continue with your existing Google account.
  • Once you are signed in, you will have access to the MeetBlink free tier by default.
  • You can then use the MeetBlink web console and the Mac app.

What can I use MeetBlink for?

MeetBlink is designed to help during live conversations when you want in-the-moment knowledge, clearer thinking, or help finding the right words. It works well for meetings, interviews, HOA discussions, and other conversations where you are navigating unfamiliar topics or high-stakes moments. It also produces clear meeting notes, action items, and decisions so you can stay aligned on what came out of each conversation.

How to get started with MeetBlink?

Getting started with MeetBlink is simple.

  1. Download the MeetBlink Mac app and sign in.
  2. Select a Situation Card or choose General for a quick start.
  3. Start a live session when your conversation begins.

Once you start a live session, Blink supports you during the conversation without joining the meeting as a participant. As the conversation progresses, it generates live notes and Blink Assistant suggestions to help you stay clear, prepared, and responsive.

Using MeetBlink in Live Conversation

What is a Situation Card?

A Situation Card is the context you give Blink before a conversation starts. It tells Blink what is about to happen, what outcome you want, and what kind of moments matter most in that conversation.

When you create one, Blink uses that card as a strong guide for how to help you live. It can shape the kind of suggestions Blink surfaces, the tone it aims for, and which moments it should pay attention to.

The best cards are specific. A clear situation, a concrete goal, and a few strong watch-for moments usually lead to better live help from Blink.

How to create a Situation Card?

You can create a Situation Card in the MeetBlink app or in the MeetBlink web console under Situation Cards. Start by describing the situation clearly in the two setup fields: what is about to happen, and what your goal is.

MeetBlink then generates a draft card with Watch For items and a Conversation Type. These help shape how Blink supports you during the conversation.

  1. Describe what is about to happen.
  2. Describe the goal you want from the conversation.
  3. Review and edit the generated Watch For items and Conversation Type.

Before saving, you can edit the Watch For section and Conversation Type so the card better matches your purpose, goal, and meeting style.

How do I use MeetBlink for best result?

MeetBlink works best when you give it strong context before the conversation and then use it as a live assistant while the conversation is happening.

  • Set up a Situation Card before the conversation instead of starting with a blank session.
  • Be specific about your goal, like landing the role, staying calm, handling objections, or getting alignment.
  • Write concrete watch-for moments so Blink knows what to notice and help with in real time.
  • Use AskBlink when you need a quick answer, a better phrasing, or help responding to a new turn in the conversation.
  • Review your notes and suggestions after the session so your next card can be even more specific.

The strongest results usually come from treating Blink like preparation plus live support: give it the right setup before you begin, then rely on it for notes, suggestions, and the right words when the conversation shifts.

Can I use a default general situation card?

Yes. A default General Situation Card is available. If you use it to start a session, Blink will run with your general profile information without a preset meeting context or goal.

What languages does MeetBlink support?

MeetBlink supports English only for now. We are working on adding more languages in the future.
